I moved these Mme. De Rothschild violets into a pot to stop the chickens digging them up. I have been lucky to have so many flowers!
I made these macaroons flavoured with violet extract and filled with chocolate cream cheese icing for a treat on Easter Sunday. Have a happy Easter Monday!
